The All-Inclusive:

Relax. We will take care of it…all of it. From planning, venues, caterers, and even making sure Jack and Ted are at separate tables (since they act like rowdy school boys every time they get together). Heather Moore Events will match your vision with your schedule…and your budget.

The Buffet:

You’ve got it almost under control…but need an extra hand to catch the small details and pull everything together. Heather Moore Events will happily provide just the services you need, from planning sessions, vendor referrals, scheduling and arranging anything you need from invitations to floral arrangements.

The Cruise Director:

Wow. The hours you’ve put in. But the wedding day is fast approaching, and you realize you’d like to just enjoy it. Enough headaches. After all, Heather Moore Events will organize last minute details with detailed itineraries, checklists and even someone to crack down on that vendor who never returns your calls…even rehearsal coordination!

Social Events

Heather Moore Events can make any social event extraordinary, from birthday parties to baby showers. We can help you with theme ideas and development, unique venues, special entertainers, floor plans, sound, lighting and music, invitations and more. Consider a party on a boat, or book a museum for an evening.

We will cover all of the details from vintage transportation to the event to a dedicated clean up crew. We will also help you remember the event with a variety of prcofessional photographers and videographers.
